Claire Kerr

Claire Kerr is a self-taught artist who brings urban landscapes to life through her distinctive line and wash technique. Inspired by the character and essence of buildings, city scenes and architectural details, she captures the urban environment in ink and watercolour.
Claire loves drawing with fountain pens and often sketches on location, following the principles of the global Urban Sketchers (USk) movement.
Her more considered pieces are created in the comfort of her home, where she applies greater precision than fluidity, producing artwork that offers a lasting memory of a special place. (Click here to visit Claire's website.)
